StanShine provides mobile car detailing services in the Des Moines, Iowa metro area. Services are performed at the customer's location (driveway, parking lot, or other suitable surface).
StanShine is operated by Stanley Hill (age 11) under the full supervision of his parents. All business communications, scheduling, and financial transactions are managed by or approved by a parent/guardian.
Bookings are requests until confirmed by StanShine. We will confirm or reschedule within 24 hours of your request. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to rescheduling at our discretion.
If weather conditions prevent safe or quality service (rain, extreme heat, ice), we will reschedule at no charge.
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, cash, and check. No payment is collected until you have inspected and approved the work.
StanShine takes care with every vehicle. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle. By booking, you acknowledge that minor risk is inherent in any cleaning service.
We currently serve Des Moines, West Des Moines, Urbandale, Clive, Waukee, and Johnston. Service outside these areas may be available by request.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StanShine services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
